
Putting "Health" and "Care" back into Health Care
Here are resources that I have discovered over the years which when applied diligently and consistently will form the backbone of a healthy lifestyle:
- Good Air, breathed deeply
- Good Water, taken in abundance
- Good Food, high in nutrient density
- Good Exercise, done regularly
- Good Thoughts, thought consistently
- Good Friends, associated with frequently
- Good Living, listening to Father daily
- (and P.S. - don't forget good body work)
Nothing really new, but Renegade in that not many of us put it into practice.
