Here are resources that I have discovered over the years which when applied diligently and consistently will form the backbone of a healthy lifestyle:

  • Good Air, breathed deeply
  • Good Water, taken in abundance
  • Good Food, high in nutrient density
  • Good Exercise, done regularly
  • Good Thoughts, thought consistently
  • Good Friends, associated with frequently
  • Good Living, listening to Father daily 
  • (and P.S. - don't forget good body work)

Nothing really new, but Renegade in that not many of us put it into practice.
